Personally Identifiable Information
You can opt-in to receive our newsletter. This information will not be sent to you if you ask us not to include your name on our mailing lists. In many places where personal information is collected, we have a box that you can check indicating that you would like to “opt out” if you don’t wish to receive further information of the sort indicated. If you have previously consented to have Tropical send you it’s newsletter and no longer wish to be contacted, please follow the link at the bottom of each newsletter to unsubscribe.
Username and Password Recommendations
As we live in a world where digital theft is increasingly rampant, we must advise you to choose a password that is not easily guessed by others. Please make sure that your password is 6 or more characters and is composed of both letters and numbers. In addition, it is recommended that you use a separate password for every website to which you are a member. This is a form of damage control, in case the security of one website is compromised, your other accounts are still protected. Should you forget your Tropical.io password, it will be emailed to you or reset at your request.

Children below fourteen years of age should not use our website, nor do we have any intention of collecting any personally identifiable information from individuals under thirteen years of age. Updating or Deleting Your Information
You can change or delete any optional information in your account settings. Any required information (with the exception of your username), will be completely hidden from the public, or an option to hide it from the public will be made available.
We understand that many consumers are concerned about security on the Internet. The security of the information that you provide to us is also very important to us. To prevent unauthorized disclosure, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information, we have in place reasonable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure any information we collect online. Tropical Copyright Policy
Tropcial has adopted the following general policy toward copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. The address of GSoft Group Inc.’s Designated Agent to Receive Notification of Claimed Infringement (“Designated Agent”) is listed at the end of this policy. It is Tropical’s policy to (1) block access to or remove Content that it believes in good faith to be copyrighted material that has been illegally copied and distributed by any of our advertisers, affiliates, content providers, members or Users; and (2) remove and discontinue service to repeat offenders. In the event that Tropical notifies User that Tropical has received proper infringement notification about User’s Content, User may elect to send Tropical a counter notice. The following statement: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.” User’s signature. Tropical Branding Guidelines
The Tropical logo, ‘Tropical’ icons and derivatives thereof are the trademarked property of GSoft Group Inc. and may not be used without prior written consent from a legally authorized GSoft Group Inc. representative. In an effort to protect our trademark from being diluted, in accordance with USA law, we have established the following branding guidelines that discuss how our logo and icons may be used.
NOTE: In general if you use Tropical as part of a third party app and it comes with a Tropical logo already built into it (e.g., our app for web or mobile), then that logo and associated branding already meets our guidelines. This guide is for reference should you want to make any changes or use the logo in a different way.
Alter and display the Tropical logo without our prior written consent. Include a version of the Tropical logo in your app in such a way that it appears to be an endorsement of your app. Include a version of the Tropical logo in any app that includes materials that are potentially offensive (i.e. promotes hatred or bigotry), adult only in nature (i.e. porn), or illegal in the USA (i.e. copyrighted material). Our brand is family-friendly in nature and we want to make sure there is never any external confusion about which material Tropical does or does not endorse. Include a version of the Tropical logo in your app that is bigger than your own logo. Include a version of the Tropical logo in your press announcements or promotional materials without Tropical’s prior written consent.
